USPS mailing rates apply to all plans, and additional printing, stamping, and customization services are available at separate pricing.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

3.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees and mailing costs are non-refundable except in cases of service errors or technical issues caused by PostGraph.

4. Mailing Services

4.1 Document Submission & Processing

PostGraph allows users to upload digital documents for mailing. Users must ensure that all submitted documents comply with postal regulations and legal requirements.

4.2 Printing & Customization

Users may choose from different printing options, including black & white, color, double-sided printing, and custom envelopes. Discounts apply for bulk orders.

4.3 Delivery & Liability

• PostGraph partners with USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Japan Post, and more for physical mail delivery.
• Once a letter is processed, printed, and handed over to our mailing partners, PostGraph is not responsible for delivery times, lost mail, or carrier-related delays.
• Users must comply with all postal regulations set by the chosen mailing partner.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must not submit or mail:

• Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Copyrighted or confidential materials without authorization.
• Documents containing inaccurate or misleading information.

PostGraph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

6. Data Privacy & Security

6.1 Data Processing

PostGraph processes user data in compliance with privacy laws. Your documents are securely transmitted and stored only as long as necessary to fulfill mailing requests.

6.2 Confidentiality

We do not share user data with third parties except for mailing service providers (USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Japan Post, etc.) to facilitate mail delivery.
